How to play
Look at the scene. Tap it to see it full screen and look for clues: a wall, a gate, a roofline.
Tap the map where you think it happened and move the bar to the episode you saw it in.
Fire the flare. The closer to the place and the episode, the more points: up to 5000 a scene.
Scoring
Up to 3000 points for the place and 2000 for the episode. Distances are canon: Wall Maria has a radius of 480 kilometres, so picking the wrong district costs you.
S1, S2, S3 and S4
You choose the last season you have finished, and only scenes up to its final episode come up. The episode bar stops there too.
Challenges
When you finish, share the result: whoever opens the link plays the same five scenes and sees your score next to theirs, scene by scene.

Is there an Attack on Titan GeoGuessr?
Where Did It Happen? plays like GeoGuessr, but on the map of the Walls: you see a scene from the series full screen, fire a flare where you think it happened and pick the episode you saw it in. It is a fan project with no connection to GeoGuessr AB.
How do you play?
Every game has five scenes. Look at the scene, zoom in if you need to, open the map and tap where you think it happened. Then move the bar to the episode and fire the flare: the green smoke is your shot and the red smoke is the real place.
Does it have spoilers?
Nothing past the last season you have finished. The scenes, the place names and the episode bar all stop at its final episode, so you can play while you are still on season one.
How many points can you score?
Up to 5000 a scene: 3000 for the place and 2000 for the episode, 25,000 a game. Distances are canon, with Wall Maria 480 kilometres from the centre, and every place has its own size: land inside it and it is a direct hit.
How often do the scenes change?
Every day at midnight. Everyone who has finished the same season plays the same five scenes that day, so results can be compared without spoiling anything.
Can I play against my friends?
Yes. When you finish, share the result link: whoever opens it plays the same five scenes and sees your score next to theirs, scene by scene. You can also deal a new challenge with other scenes.
Is it free?
Yes. It runs in the browser, on desktop or mobile, with no sign-up and no download. This is a non-profit fan project.
