Profile
A four-legged Titan that moves like a beast of burden rather than a fighter: low to the ground, tirelessly fast, and always loaded. It hauls the enemy's supplies across Wall Maria, speaks with the voice of whoever is inside it, and never once attacks alone.
The Watch Below the Wall
From the ground beneath Wall Maria, the quadrupedal Titan calls up to the war chief above: enemy troops are approaching. It is the first sign that the Titan the Scouts are about to meet is not a beast at all, but a soldier with a voice and a post.
The Supply Line
While the Beast Titan shells Shiganshina, the quadruped works beside it, setting down boulders within easy reach and carrying the warriors' equipment on its back. The bombardment that annihilates the Survey Corps depends on a Titan whose only job is to fetch and carry.
Snatched From Levi's Blade
With the Beast Titan's holder torn out of the nape and pinned, and Levi deciding what to do with him, the quadruped charges the rooftop, takes the man in its mouth and runs. Levi is left facing the Titans sent after him, and the enemy's commander escapes alive.
The Escape Over Wall Maria
It carries the war chief across the rooftops to Eren Yeager, waits out the conversation, then turns away when Levi reappears. Moments later it plucks Reiner Braun out of the Scouts' hands and climbs Wall Maria, putting both survivors beyond reach.
The Armour and the Guns
Shown from the outside for the first time at Fort Slava, it is not a pack animal at all: plated over, with four manned machine guns strapped to its back and a crew riding it into the enemy trenches. It is the only one of the Nine that fights as a vehicle with other soldiers aboard.
What Marley Valued It For
Marley's own assessment is unromantic: outstanding endurance, suitable for long missions, and it can be fitted with whatever the job needs. Its holder can stay transformed for months on end — long enough to forget how to walk upright afterwards. The trade is armour: it goes down to a single serious hit where the other Titans would not.
Brought Down in the Streets
In Liberio it meets an enemy that has done this before. Its gunners are picked off one at a time — the first by Sasha — and the rest go to Thunder Spears along with most of the Titan. What falls off the roof is too badly hurt to heal at its own pace, and Pieck has to be carried out of the street by children.
The Gun Platform on Wall Maria
At Shiganshina it climbs Wall Maria with an anti-Titan gun harnessed to its back and becomes the highest firing position on the island. Two rounds go through the Attack Titan's head from up there — the first thing in the war to actually stop Eren — before the Beast Titan arrives and starts throwing.
The One That Never Runs Out
Against an army of resurrected holders its unglamorous virtue finally decides something. Where every other shifter has a handful of transformations in them, this one costs its holder so little that she can be killed, climb out, transform again and keep going — hundreds of times over — until her body, not her Titan, is the thing that gives up.

Pieck Finger
For the whole of Shiganshina it was luggage on four legs and nobody asked whose. Pieck Finger spent two straight months inside it and came out needing a crutch — and when the outside world is finally shown, the same Titan is wearing armour plate and carrying four manned machine guns.
