Complete record

  1. Profile

Dot Pixis is the commanding officer responsible for the defense of the southern territories along Wall Rose. Known for his calm judgment and unconventional outlook, he weighs difficult choices with a clear head and places the survival of humanity above pride or rigid tradition.

  2. Revealed by S1·E11

    Command of the Trost Counterattack

Dot Pixis takes command of the counterattack during the Defense of Trost, choosing to stake the operation on Eren Yeager and the power of the Attack Titan. Against fear, doubt and desertion among the ranks, he frames the plan as a desperate chance to reclaim Trost District and preserve humanity's will to fight.

  3. Revealed by S1·E14

    Witness at Eren's Trial

During Eren's Trial, Dot Pixis stands as the commander who entrusted Eren Yeager with the counterattack at Trost District. His prior decision gives weight to the argument that Eren can be used for humanity's survival, even as the military judges the danger he represents.

  4. Revealed by S3·E5

    Supports the Uprising Trap

After hearing Erwin Smith's proposal, Dot Pixis decides to support the uprising by helping carry out a carefully prepared trap against the royal council. Trusting Erwin's judgment, he commits the forces under his command to expose the council's actions and shift the balance of power without provoking unnecessary bloodshed.

  5. Revealed by S4·E9

    Hear the Man Out

A Marleyan fleet beaches itself on Paradis and the officers on it turn out to want an alliance with the enemy who ordered the slaughter at Shiganshina. Half the command wants them shot. Pixis argues, as he argued about a boy who turned into a Titan, that the island cannot afford to refuse anything before it has heard what it is.

  6. Revealed by S4·E12

    You Are a Terrible Liar

He goes down to Yelena's cell with a list of everything she did while nobody was watching, hears her explanation for meeting Eren alone, compliments her, and then tells her plainly that she is a terrible liar. He is right about her and it does not help him at all: the wine is already in him.

  7. Revealed by S4·E16

    The Surrender He Ordered

Once the command learns what they have been drinking for three years, the officers start defecting to the Yeagerists rather than be turned. With half his own army now able to be made into Titans by a single shout, Pixis orders no resistance at all, and hands the island over to Floch without a shot.

  8. Revealed by S4·E18

    The Poisoned Go First

Marley attacks and the cells open. There is not enough gear to arm everyone, so he makes the division himself: the soldiers who never drank get the equipment, and the ones who did — his own generation, himself included — follow him out to the front on horseback, where it will not matter what they become.

  9. Revealed by S4·E22

    He Saw It Coming

Zeke screams and Pixis watches his own hands begin to glow along with every man riding beside him. He does not panic and he does not run; he understands exactly what is happening and lets it. The Titan he becomes is put down by Armin with a Thunder Spear, thanking his old commander for everything he taught him.
