Profile
Gelgar is a veteran member of the Scout Regiment who has survived countless expeditions beyond the Walls through experience and determination. Reliable in battle and accustomed to facing the constant threat of the Pure Titans, he stands alongside comrades such as Nanaba whenever humanity's defenses are put to the test.
Escorts Cadets to Castle Utgard
During the confusion caused by the Wall Rose invasion, Gelgar joins the southern search group alongside Connie Springer, Reiner Braun and Bertholdt Hoover. After regrouping with the scattered cadets, he helps escort them to Castle Utgard to await further orders.
Falls During the Assault on Castle Utgard
During the assault on Castle Utgard, Gelgar fights relentlessly against waves of Pure Titans, refusing to abandon the defense even after exhausting his equipment. Overwhelmed by the attackers, he falls in battle while buying precious time for the others.
