Reiner's cousin and the best of Marley's Warrior candidates — fast, fearless and entirely certain of what she has been taught. She intends to win the Armored Titan, and she intends to prove with it that the Braun family and the Eldians of the internment zone are not the devils the world says they are.
She Took the Armoured Train
Fort Slava's anti-Titan guns have frozen the whole assault, and Magath will not spend a Titan on them. So a twelve-year-old candidate pesters him into letting her try it with a bundle of grenades, runs the open ground alone, gets under the armoured train and puts it on its side. Marley's victory in the Mid-East belongs to her.
The Hero of Liberio
The whole Eldian unit chants her name on the train home and her family meets her at the gate. Over dinner Karina hears she may be handed a Titan too and is delighted — two Warriors in one house — and Gabi says what the table wants to hear about the people on the island. Her cousin, who has been there, tries to say something else and is talked over.
Beaten in a Footrace
Falco beats her over the ground for the first time and the candidates cheer him. She takes Zofia by the throat for cheering, and Zofia calls her a devil — the insult the four of them have been handed to use on the island and use on each other instead. She does not understand why he suddenly wants the Titan she has already won.
She Ran at the Titan With a Rifle
Zofia is under a rock and Udo is under the crowd, and by the time Colt has carried the second body to the hospital Gabi has stopped listening to him. She picks a rifle up off a dead guard and runs back toward the plaza saying she is going to kill Eren Yeager. She is twelve.
The Shot That Killed Sasha
She and Falco take the gear off a dead soldier and get aboard the retreating airship. Inside, she puts a rifle round through Sasha Blouse and shouts that the true Eldians will curse these people into their graves. Then she is dragged to the back of the hold, where the man running the whole operation turns out to be her own war chief.
The Family That Fed Her
Loose on the island, she is taken in by Kaya, a farm girl who asks no questions and gives her work, a bed and meals. At a restaurant table she announces to Nicolo that she shot a soldier of the enemy — and finds out whose daughter that soldier was, with her father sitting across the room. Kaya comes at her with a knife and has to be held back.
She Said It Out Loud
Hiding in a ruined building in Shiganshina with Colt and Falco, she stops an attack on Nile Dok, the enemy officer who has just handed Falco back to them. Asked why, she says the thing she has been carrying since the restaurant: the people here are people, she was wrong, and she is sorry she killed Sasha.
She Shot a Titan to Save Kaya
With the Walls coming down and Titans loose across the fields she picks up Colt's anti-Titan rifle off his body and goes looking for Falco. What she finds is Kaya about to be eaten, and she puts the round through the Titan's nape. When the soldiers arrive, Kaya lies to their faces and calls Gabi family.
She Went Back for Falco
She rides to Ragako with Armin and arrives as Connie is about to feed Falco to the Titan that was his mother. Armin offers himself in the boy's place instead, and Connie cannot go through with either. Gabi gets her friend back and holds him while he learns that his brother is dead.
The Trees They Planted
At Fort Salta she finds her aunt in the crowd and tells her Reiner is still fighting. Three years later she and Falco are planting saplings inside the flattened prints the Walls left across the earth — a Warrior candidate who once ran at a Titan with a rifle, putting things back on the ground it walked over.
