Marcel's younger brother, and a Warrior who has never once said his brother's name without it costing someone else something. He is quick, vicious in a fight, and openly contemptuous of Reiner Braun, who came home from the island when Marcel did not.
The Brother Who Was Passed Over
He was the obvious choice for the Armored Titan among the seven candidates, and everyone including him knew it. It went to Reiner Braun, who had no talent for anything except wanting it. Porco punched him for it and Marcel pulled him off, and then made him bow and apologise to the boy who had taken his place.
He Ate Ymir
When Ymir crossed back over the sea to give up what she had taken by accident, Porco was the Warrior chosen to consume her, and the Jaw Titan came back to the family it had been taken from. He inherited her whole life with it — a childhood as a false goddess, sixty years as a mindless Titan, an island, a girl. Of Marcel he received nothing at all.
He Opened Fort Slava
He is kept out of the battle while the anti-Titan guns are up — one round would end him and a decade of Marley's investment with him. The moment the armoured train goes, he transforms, puts his Titan between the machine guns and Gabi and Falco, and then goes through Fort Slava's defences on all fours, biting the rails apart.
He Only Saved the Armour
Reiner wakes up from the battle and thanks him for pulling him out. Porco tells him he was saving Marley's Armored Titan, not its holder, and then goes through the list: how many times Reiner has had to be rescued by his comrades, and which of those comrades did not come back from doing it.
Can't You See I'm a Titan?!
When the attack on Liberio begins, the Panzer Unit pulls him out of the pit and he transforms straight into an attack on Eren's nape. Levi cuts the muscles of his jaw before the teeth can close, and the Scouts surround him instead of running. Porco cannot understand what he is seeing: they are only humans, he is a Titan, and every one of them is still coming to kill him. It is his first sight of what a century spent fighting Titans has made the island's soldiers.
Made to Break the Crystal
When Pieck falls and the Scouts' airship arrives, he breaks formation and goes for Eren, then turns toward their only way out. Mikasa takes the Jaw Titan's legs, Eren tears off its arms and jams Lara Tybur's crystal into its mouth. Porco's own jaws are forced shut around it: his teeth kill Lara and hand Eren the War Hammer.
The Jaw Beneath the Roof
He crosses the sea ahead of Marley's counterattack and enters Shiganshina in a stolen uniform. Pieck leads Eren onto the headquarters roof and points him out as the enemy. Porco erupts through the roof beneath them with his jaws open, bites off Eren's legs and misses the nape by half a second. Then he shields Pieck and Gabi from the transformation and cuts them apart so the Cart can join the invasion.
The Memory Marcel Left Him
In Shiganshina, through Reiner's hand, the memory he waited eleven years for finally arrives — and it is Marcel admitting he talked the selectors out of choosing his brother, to keep him out of the Warriors and alive. Bleeding out and beyond healing, Porco walks to Falco's Titan, tells Reiner he was always the better Warrior of the two, and lets himself be eaten.
The Brothers Fight Together
At the end every holder the Nine ever had is raised to defend Eren, and Porco's Titan is among them, tearing at Reiner's face until it is blown apart. Then Zeke wakes him in the Paths and asks him to change sides — and Porco and Marcel fight side by side for the only minutes they ever get, pulling Jean and Pieck out from under the horde.
